中国罐头工业协会(简称CCFIA)成立于1995年8月28日,是中国罐头行业的唯一全国性行业组织。现有会员328家,包括了全国主要的罐头生产、经营企业以及科研、检测、设备制造、相关材料供应和管理部门等单位。
中国罐头商务网(英文简称CNCFI)的前身为中国罐头工业协会网站。1999年6月建立并试运行,是我国罐头行业最早运行的网站之一,其定位为“以信息服务、电子商务为主的综合性行业网站”。 2001年5月1日,网站全面改版,对外发布,定名为“中国罐头工业网”;2004年5月18日 ,正式更名为“中国罐头商务网”, 全称为“中国罐头食品电子商务网”。
水果罐头果肉干法除气工艺的试验研究

本文剖析了目前水果罐头行业中普遍采用的果肉湿法除气工艺中存在的问题。叙述了干法除气的原理、方法及其能够保持果肉风味、高效节能等优点。在试验的基础上提出了干法除气时抽空液宜用室温(秋夏季温度20℃—28℃),真空度为-600(mm—Hg柱),真空度维持时间据料块大小和温度高低控制在3—8分钟之间,浸泡时间控制在8—15分钟的工艺规范。
