应用Altair Hyperworks 的OptiStruct优化模块,采用拓扑优化技术,对某柴油机正时齿轮罩进行了优化,得到了最佳的质量分布,据此进行了结构改进,使该正时齿轮罩的模态振型避开正时轮系啮合激励频段,进而降低辐射噪声。通过有限元法和边界元法联合求解得知新正时齿轮罩辐射声功率降低了2.4dB,对比实验验证了计算结果。

提出用直线齿廓替代内齿轮的渐开线齿廓,使渗碳淬火后的内齿轮易于成形磨齿。利用齿面接触分析(TCA)和承载接触分析(LTCA)技术,研究分析直廓内齿轮与渐开线齿轮啮合的受力状态、齿间载荷分配、传动误差。通过台架试验,采集渐开线内齿轮行星减速器和直廓内齿轮行星减速器在不同转速和载荷下的噪声,进行对比分析,研究直廓内齿轮传动的动态性能。直廓内齿轮传动有“修缘”的特点,承载下的传动误差波动比空载小得多。
