在新经济时代，企业存在道德风险和逆向选择行为，因此公众要求企业更多地承担社会责任。为使组织绩效评价符合企业战略目标，在传统平衡计分卡的基础上，本文结合社会责任驱动改进平衡计分卡框架，采用层次分析法对各指标进行赋权，按各项指标得分与赋予权重计算分值，综合评价社会责任驱动视角下的企业绩效。
