通过构建熵权-正负理想点评价模型，采用五级分类法对选取的9家代表性地方政府融资平台公司进行风险评估，发现我国地方政府融资平台风险整体可控，但部分风险较高。基于利益相关者视角，剖析地方政府融资平台风险的生成原因与传导路径。为实现地方政府融资平台整体利益最大化，需要中央政府的主导与统筹以及利益相关者的共同配合，最终实现对地方政府融资平台风险的有效控制。
